End user purchased the MGE UPS. The replacement needed a larger input breaker and wire. The team retrofitted the input panel, demoed a BBM safety switch, and reworked conduit. Customer back on UPS-power.
Customer had new batteries on racks to reuse and an end-of-service-life Powerware 9315. Solution reused DC disconnects, existing bypass, and batteries, and set a new, more efficient UPS module.

Eaton 9355, 10–30kVA three-phase. Configurable 2×2, 4×2, 4×4, or multi-module parallel if required.
Dallas client: safely shut down the UPS, re-wired, moved a remote-mount battery cabinet, then startup after relocation. Simple-looking, heavy on planning and partners.
Existing UPS was outdated and oversized. Alternative: Eaton 93PM, cost-effective and correctly sized. Electrical install by JMEG, LLC tenant-finish group and EA Electric. General contractor: Balfour Beatty.
Friday evening to Sunday afternoon: removed two aging UPS systems, replaced with two Eaton 93PM. Eaton field engineers performed startup and a load bank test. CEC on the install. Client carrying critical load by Sunday night.
Planned outage or no backup: equipment, setup, power distribution, connection to the existing electrical system, and fueling for continuous run.
Simple startup was not enough. In-depth commissioning with load banks for a Dallas/FTW-based customer — load critical regardless of kW.
Started as a small electrical system check. Became valves, insulation, and more on the chilled water distribution. CEC crew. Client back to 100% capacity.
Catastrophic failure on an older mismanaged UPS. Rented replacement UPS with batteries shipped in and swapped the same day. Then a brand-new UPS; rental returned to the supplier.
Replaced three aging Powerware Plus Series / 9315 UPS systems. Modernized equipment, reclaimed footprint, reduced energy usage.
Two Eaton 9395 1100kVA UPS added to an existing multi-module configuration. Design-build.

ESL / EOSL: equipment may still run, but parts and service personnel are increasingly hard to source after a failure.
