How the work actually happens

Game-time starts when everyone else goes home.

Critical systems support the most crucial aspects of a business. “Normal business hours” are when those systems are earning. For the crews that support them, normal hours are often off hours. In the critical world, that’s 7×24.

From scheduled maintenance to equipment installation and commissioning, it is common for the work to begin when everyone else is going home. If an off-hour project needs to be done right — and back before Monday morning — Nathan’s line is open.
